Description: Who am I, and what can Psychology do for me? This Learning Community focuses on the intersection of African-American identity, psychology, and mental health. How will we do it? We will study the impact of history, media, socialization, health, politics, economics, etc., on African-American identity and mental health by integrating media, popular readings, case studies, and research. This is an interactive Learning Community that also uses writing to address these issues.
