Scenario I - Weather and Personal Emergencies (Computer-Based Tests Only)

In the event of inclement weather in the Fayetteville and surrounding areas, it is possible that the FSU test center may be closed.  If the center is closed due to inclement weather, you will be contacted within 72 hours by Thomson Prometric to reschedule your appointment without any additional charge.  If you have not been contacted within 72 hours, you should call Candidate Care Center at 1-800-853-6769.

Scenario 2 - Weather and Personal Emergencies - (Paper-Pencil Tests Only)

If the FSU test center is Open for business, candidates are expected to keep their scheduled appointments.  If you cannot get to the open test center for any reason, including inclement weather, natural disaster, illness, or personal emergency, you must call ETS the following Monday (609- 921-9000) to discuss your situation so that they can determine the appropriate course of action.
