What influenced you to become involved in the arts?
A middle school friend, who was an inspiring Japanese animation artist, told me to try it because I thought what she was doing was cool. She told me to keep trying and never give up. So, I kept trying and my teachers saw my potential and pushed me to where I am today.

What is your favorite medium, and what inspires you?
My favorite medium is the computer and color pencil drawing.

What are your current projects?
I am currently working on an "ism" where I had to choose a period or "ism" to duplicate a body of works using my own image. I choose the Gothic period and created a stained glass window and a church using Illustrator, Photoshop, and Bryce.

Why did you choose to come to FSU?
I came to FSU because I was awarded a full scholarship.

What would you tell a prospective student about coming to FSU?
It's a wonderful experience that you won't get anywhere else. Yes, you will be forced to grow up but it will be very fulfilling. Have fun and work hard!
