Graduate Forms and Resources

All students seeking a graduate degree or a graduate certificate will be assigned academic advisors. Upon admission to a graduate program, students should meet with their advisors to develop the program of study. Students are encouraged to consult with their academic advisors periodically regarding their academic progression.

Bronco Contact Center and Bronco One Stop representatives are available to answer questions in the areas of admission, financial aid, billing, registration, and student records. The Military Affiliated and Veteran Student Resource Center and the FSU at Fort Liberty Learning Center support students coming from active duty, veteran, reservist, or military families.

For additional information, consult the graduate catalog, your graduate program, and the following forms and resources.

Graduate Faculty & Staff Forms and Resources

FSU maintains a graduate faculty. To apply, faculty members will complete a one-page application form. In addition, they will attach a curriculum vitae with their record of teaching, scholarship, and other professional activities to the application form. At the end of the term of appointment, the graduate faculty member will submit an application for reappointment. For additional information, consult the criteria for selecting and evaluating graduate faculty.

Graduate Programs Organization and Contacts

The university-wide FSU Graduate Council provides oversight to all graduate programs at the university, and the Graduate School provides support to all graduate programs at the university. The Broadwell College of Business and Economics, the College of Education, the College of Health, Science, and Technology, and the College of Humanities and Social Sciences are responsible for the graduate programs within the college. The graduate faculty, program coordinators/directors, department chairs, associate deans, and college deans are directly responsible to ensure that each degree program is of the highest quality. Each college has a College Graduate Programs Committee.
