1098-T Forms Now Available

The 1098T forms are now available for students to print.

Please follow the instructions below.

1. To print your tax forms, go to your Banner account and login.
2. Go to "student account" link
3. Click on the "tax notification".
4. Add "tax year", "2020" and submit.
5. Print your form
6. If you cannot print your form or would like a printed copy sent to you. You will need to send an email to studentaccountsreceivable@uncfsu.edu to have a copy mailed to you. You must include your Banner number, name, and the current address that it is to be mailed to.
