The Department offers four different baccalaureate programs:
- Bachelor of Science in Accounting
- Bachelor of Science in Accounting Online
- Bachelor of Science in Banking and Finance
- Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration
- Bachelor of Science in Information Systems and Business Analytics
In addition, we offer degrees in Business Administration with concentrations in Information Systems and Business Analytics; and Healthcare Management. We also offer various minors for business and non-business majors. Our goal is to provide students with a well-rounded experience that includes solid academic preparation, exposure to professionals in each field of endeavor, quality internship programs and access to regional and national job fairs. Message From the Chair
Welcome to the Department of Accounting, Finance, Healthcare Administration, and Information Systems. The Department offers four different baccalaureate programs and degrees in Business Administration with concentrations in Information Systems and Business Analytics and Healthcare Management. We also offer various minors for business and non-business majors. Our goal is to provide students with a well-rounded experience that includes solid academic preparation, exposure to professionals in each field of endeavor, quality internship programs and access to regional and national job fairs.
Our programs are designed to offer professional education to qualified students who seek careers in healthcare, information systems, finance, and accounting. The programs emphasize theoretical and practical concepts as well as the development of analytical skills that will enhance the marketability of each graduate. Our diverse faculty are lifelong educators but also have practical experiences in their fields of expertise. Our faculty develops state of the art courses through their involvement in continuing professional education programs, academic research, collaboration with colleagues, and community activities. Faculty interaction and the emphasis on quality education has led to a high placement rate for our graduates and recognition of the Broadwell College of Business as one of the top business schools in the country.
