The Department of Special Programs at Fayetteville State University is funded by the U.S. Department of Education (Educational Opportunity Centers & Student Support Services) and the North Carolina GlaxoSmithKline Foundation (Bronco STAR) and is housed in University College. This Department provides educational opportunities, outreach, and support programs that inspire youth and adults to achieve a quality education. The primary goal of the projects undertaken by Special Programs is to help the targeted population enter college and graduate.
