Background Check Information for Applicants

Fayetteville State University shall conduct background checks for an applicant who is selected as the final candidate for all SHRA, EHRA non-faculty, and EHRA faculty full-time and part-time positions, prior to the final candidate's employment date. An employment background check includes a criminal background check, employment verification, reference checks, license verification (if applicable), academic verification and credit history check (if applicable).
