Job Description:Responsible for greeting visitors (students, faculty, staff and others) as they arrive to the Bronco One-Stop Center, providing general information and direction as needed. Assists customers with navigating the computer to access FSU website and resources (i.e., Upswing, Canvas, Bronco Advantage, Self-Serve Banner, EAB Navigate, Microsoft application, etc.). Bronco One Stop Ambassadors ensure superior customer service and makes a positive first impression when visitors enter the Bronco One Stop Center. Bronco One Stop Ambassadors ensures that visitors (are fully satisfied by providing proactive and easy directors to follow while waiting on a Bronco One-Stop staff to assist). Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces after usage.

Job Requirements: Must be customer service-oriented, including an abundance of patience, kindness, and helpfulness; Knowledge of FSU student success platforms (Upswing, Canvas, Bronco Advantage, Self-Serve Banner, Microsoft, etc.); Basic understanding of computers and comfort in assisting with basic technology troubleshooting and support; Must like working with people; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, friendly demeanor, and ability to work with others;  Ability to follow directions, assess problems, troubleshoot, escalate, and report on issues; Ability to maintain focus and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description: This position assists Mr. Kabbes with Saturday afternoon STEM outreach events on campus.  The STEAM Team investigates a range of fun topics, including rocketry, electronics, robots and space.  This out-of-school program gives middle and high school students exposure to STEM topics.

Job Requirements: Will need to complete the Working with Minors training provided by FSU.  No prior knowledge of STEM required.  A desire to tinker and learn is good.

Job Description: The goal of these positions is to create a cohort of leaders who understand prevention science and are able to inspire resilience on the campus of FSU. Students are expected to participate in professional develop trainings. Students are expected to provide support to the Counseling and Personal Development Center with focus a on prevention services while also providing support to the HBCU/MSI Collaborative. Students will plan and implement a campus prevention project.

Job Description: Students will be expected to conduct research, campus climate surveys, and various education and awareness initiatives and other outreach campaigns. The students will be expected to maintain and increase collaborations and partnerships within the campus community and other external partners. The students will be expected to incorporate other FWS students, Task Force IX Members (students, staff, faculty, and community members), and other volunteers into some of their projects.  Students will be expected to work independently with minimal supervision, engage in work using various forms of technology, manage large projects. Some projects will require the students to engage in cooperative, collaborative learning toward producing products with a team of people. Most of assignments can be conducted virtually.
