Dr. D. Jason DeSousa, Assistant Vice Chancellor for Student Retention, was invited to testify before the United States Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor and Pensions (HELP) on May 13, 2014. The hearing was titled "Strengthening Minority Serving Institutions: Best Practices and Innovations for Student Success." The hearing was led by Senators Kay Hagan and Ranking Member Rand Paul. The hearing was held in Room SD-430 of the Dirksen Senate Office Building in Washington, DC. Click here for a copy of the testimony.

Need to Know for Wednesday, Jan. 23

1. Fayetteville State University is hosting a video conference, Hazing Hurts, tonight from 6 to 7:30 in the Telecommunications Building on campus. The public is invited.
