Student Information Updates

The estimate processing time for all requests will be approximately 3-5 business days. During peak periods, it may take 5-10 business days. Peak periods are registration, midterm grading, final grading and commencement.

Name Changes/Updates

Students should notify the Office of Registrar of any change in name or mailing address. If you wish to change an e-mail address, please contact ITTS at 910.672.4357.

Acceptable forms of documentation for name changes:

  • Social Security Cards are not accepted
  • Marriage Certificate or 
  • Unexpired Drivers' License or
  • Divorce judgment that states maiden name is now used or
  • Unexpired Military Identification Card or
  • Birth Certificate or
  • Official court documents that show name change

Please complete the Change of Information form and fax to (910) 672-1599 along with supporting documentation.

Local Address Changes

You may update your local address using Banner Self Service using these steps:

  • Log into your Banner account
  • Click on Personal Information
  • Click on Update Addresses and Phones
  • Click on the Current link under Local
  • Update by typing over the current information in each box
  • Click Submit when complete.
Permanent Address Changes

Permanent address changes can be faxed in using the Change of Address Request Form. Please sign and fax to 910 672 1599.

You may also stop by the office to complete the form.
