Rollinda Thomas is from Autryville, NC. She has a BA in Art Design from NC A&T, an MA Ed in Art Education from East Carolina, and a PhD in Curriculum and Instruction from NC State. Dr. Thomas worked as a public school educator for 14 years before joining academia. She is currently an associate professor of Art Education and Interim Assistant Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs at Fayetteville State University. Her research involves integrating art with the curriculum and using the creative arts to impact viewers’ lives.
