LCDR William Bolduc received his Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Hofstra University, Master's degree in Social Work from Boston University and Master's of Science degree in Health Policy and Management from the University of Southern Maine. LCDR Bolduc has over 18 years of clinical and supervisory experience working with individuals and families in the United States and Japan, including serving as a clinical director of a community mental health program. He has expertise in crisis intervention and worked as a school-based therapist and outpatient clinician in Bostonand Maine.  LCDR Bolduc is currently Director of Training for the Social Work Internship Program at Fort Bragg and serves as Deputy Director of Child and Family Behavioral Health Services.
