BTAC Program
The objective is to help the local construction / renovation industry gain the skills needed offer new services, guiding local businesses and institutions in cost-effectively improving their building energy efficiency.
There are three different training pathways being made available:
Pathway 1
For individuals in the trades (HVAC, Carpentry, Electrical, Solar); free 6-8 week training is provided in collaboration with Fayetteville Technical Community College. See the following link for more information:

Pathway 2
For individuals interested in Construction Project Management through 4-year degree at FSU.

Pathway 3
For construction managers Seeking Certification in Energy Management
- Industry-recognized Certification (scholarships available): Certified Energy Manager® - CEM® - AEE Center
Each pathway will also include hands-on projects assessing commercial and institutional buildings in the greater Fayetteville area.
