  • Developed and implemented an innovative program to train and certify assigned teams that were subsequently employed with high success in post-9/11 combat operations.
  • Ensured continuous and highly-effective tactical support to a U.S. Brigade conducting Stability Operations in Kosovo.
  • Provided Tactical Psychological Operations support to all Combatant Commands and Combat Training Centers.
  • Managed a comprehensive, week-long preparatory training program for U.S. Army Brigade and Battalion commanders and staff prior to their training at the National Training Center.
  • Provided world-class training to Infantry, Armor and Cavalry battalion-level operations officers and staffs through fifteen rotations in a realistic combat environment.
  • Participated in initial Army experimentation for digitized units and provided feedback and data that are incorporated in the design of 21st Century organization of combat units.
  • Oversaw and managed the development of ten highly-successful 2-week training plans for Army Brigade Combat Teams in a highly-realistic, simulated combat environment.
  • Directly supervised the support and operations staff of a Mechanized Infantry battalion in the 1st Cavalry Division.
  • Coordinated, wrote and promulgated Corps-level war plans in the III Armored Corps.
  • Commanded the Psychological Operations (PSYOP) Company that developed, produced and disseminated all PSYOP printed and audio material in support of US Central Command in Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm.
  • Led the Psychological Operations effort in the Western Zone of Panama during Operation Just Cause.
  • Commanded a Mechanized Infantry Company in the 8th Infantry Division in Cold-War Germany.
