Mission Statement

The mission of the Gillis-Jones Institute for Ethics and Leadership (GJI) is to educate, train, and inspire students in all disciplines of study at Fayetteville State University to serve the nation and their communities as ethical leaders rooted in the skills of their profession and dedicated to the development and advancement of those they lead.
