Inclement Weather

As the University continues to track the weather conditions, Condition 1 (Reduced operations) will be extended until 12:00 midnight. The Fayetteville area is expected to experience weather that will include scattered thunderstorms, high winds, possible hail, throughout the day. The University will resume normal operations at 12:01 a.m. on Tuesday, March 17th. During this time, all student activities have been cancelled, all classes will remain online, and the Charles Chesnutt library will remain open.  Additionally, the Early Childhood Learning Center is closed today, March 16.

Biography

Mrs.Cynowa has over 23 years of nursing experience and 28 years in the health care field. She has worked in Medical-Surgical, Mother-Baby, Intensive Care Unit, Pre/Post Anstethia Care Units, Emergency Department, Hospice, Family Medicine, and Long-term Care.  Upon attaining her MSN earned her certification from the American Nurses Credentialing Center as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Mrs. Cynowa is also a veteran of the Navy and has a special interest in working with the military population.
