The Office of College Access Programs serves middle and highschool students in the following counties in North Carolina: Cumberland, Hoke, and Robeson.
The Office of College Access Programs mission is to encourage and assist youth who are traditionally under-represented in post-secondary education with preparation for, entry into, and completion of a post-secondary education. We provide a broad range of high-quality college preparatory services to students, parents, and educators.
We expect that all students, regardless of their neighborhood, are capable of being prepared to enroll and succeed in college.
The Office of College Access Programs is seeking support for the Send-a-Senior to College Supply Drive. The purpose of the Supply Drive is to provide Pell-eligible seniors who attend schools in Cumberland, Hoke and Robeson counties with supplies for a successful transition to college. Each senior from our target schools that have been accepted into college will be entered into daily drawings. Winners will be given a College Survival Basket with essential items needed for a successful their transition into college. Donation baskets will be set up in the Helen T. Chick building, Room 120, 130 and 216 B.
