ABC11 Eyewitness News to Lead “The Art of Storytelling” Workshop at Fayetteville State University on Oct. 18

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. – Fayetteville State University is thrilled to present “The Art of Storytelling” on Oct. 18, a student engagement event organized by ABC11 Eyewitness News (WTVD) and its
Minority Advisory Committee. The program will bring ABC11 news professionals to campus to lead interactive workshops in journalism, digital content creation, and broadcast production.
Instructors include Joel Brown, Bianca Holman, and Don Schwenneker, who will share insights from their professional experiences and provide the training.
The free event is open to university and community college students statewide, as well as high school students interested in exploring the fields of media and communications.
In place of a registration fee, participants are encouraged to bring a non-perishable food donation to support the FSU Food Resource Pantry, which serves students facing food insecurity.
