Emergency Resources for Enrolled Students

ECMC Emergency Fund (Portal)

Any currently enrolled student experiencing academic or life circumstance hardship or emergencies is eligible to apply.

  • Student must provide documentation with their application, bills, invoices, statements, or disconnection notices must be in the students name.
  • Evidence will be reviewed by a select group of administrators who may indicate need has been established, denied, or request additional information.
  • If elligible student is only allowed the maximun amount of $500 for the course of their academic career.
  • If elligible student is only allowed to receive funds in the Fall & Spring semester.
  • The amount of funding disbursed to students will be determined on a case-by-case basis based on eligibility, and determination by administrators.
  • Funds will be distributed to the bank account the student designates on their application.
  • Referral to Financial Literacy Education may be recommended.
  • Hardship Examples:
    • Car Troubles
    • Phone or Internet bill issue
    • Water or heat/air bill

Note that any bills, invoices, statements, or disconnection notices must be in the students name.

Broncos Helping Broncos Student Emergency Fund

The Broncos Helping Broncos Student Emergency Fund is an emergency aid assistance program aimed to assist students who are affected by extreme hardships or needs.

Food Resource Pantry

All enrolled students have access to the University’s Food Resource Pantry which offers canned goods, non-perishable, and personal hygiene items.
