Operations and Maintenance
Operations and Maintenance provides support services to the entire campus community. Our maintenance program is designed to ensure the long-term protection and enhancement of the university's capital assets. Our staff is committed to creating and maintaining an environment that supports the mission of the university.

The work order system is available to Fayetteville State University faculty, staff, and students in an effort to expedite, monitor and track maintenance, repair and custodial services throughout the Campus.
To request services during the workday, please access the Service Request Form via QR code or SUBMIT A WORK ORDER on the university website. Select "Faculty and Staff / Campus Resources / Facilities Work Orders" to create a work order when requesting repair or maintenance of existing facilities and building equipment.
General maintenance work requests (i.e., burnt out light bulbs, heating and air conditioning problems, running water, clogged toilets, spills, disinfecting etc.) are typically non-billable and can be submitted online through the facilities service request system.
Registered User
To create a registered user account for the facilities, work order system, a department representative must complete a Service Request Portal User Request Form and submit it to facilities411@uncfsu.edu Once the account has been created, the account holder may log in to the Service Request Portal to submit their request. Account holders may also use their account to submit non-chargeable work requests, review the status of their work orders and approval authorization
Emergency requests such as fire, medical emergencies, water leaks, broken glass, and hazardous chemical or waste spills should be directed to Police and Public Safety at all times by calling 910-672-1911
