Take a deep breath — you’ve earned it. Meditation Monday is your monthly moment to pause, reset, and recharge from the demands of university life. Designed to help students de-stress and refocus, this guided meditation session combines mindfulness, breathing techniques, and gentle reflection to calm your mind and restore your energy.
Join us as we create a peaceful space to let go of academic stress, find balance, and reconnect with yourself before stepping into a new month. Whether you’re new to meditation or already practice mindfulness, you’ll leave feeling lighter, centered, and ready to take on what’s next.
