Important Notification

The 2025-2026 housing application has reopened in a waitlist phase. Students who complete the application during this time will not be able to select a room immediately but will be considered for an assignment if space becomes available.

To accommodate this process, the $150 application fee has been temporarily disabled. However, if a housing assignment is offered later, the fee will be required at that time.

We appreciate your patience and encourage interested students to apply for the waitlist.

 

Summer 2025 Important Dates

  • May 30: Summer Term I Check-in
  • June 02: First Day of Summer Term I
  • June 27: Last day of Summer Term I Courses
  • June 27: Summer Term II Check-in
  • July 29: Summer Term II Check-outs

* All Housing Application dates listed are tentative and subject to revision. Late/Waiting List Applications are based on space availability. *

 

2025 – 2026 Housing Process Key Milestones

  • Feb 28th:  Summer 2025 priority Applications Begin
  • Feb 28th:  First Time Freshman & Transfer Priority Applications Begin
  • Apr 1-30: Special Interest Group Advisors Submit List of Students
  • April 4th:  2025 – 2026 Current & Continuing Priority Applications begin
  • May 2-31: Room & Roommate Selection Appointments by Classification Date Range
    *Housing applicants cannot proceed with room and roommate selection unless they have fulfilled all prerequisites, including obtaining clearance from Student Health services.*
  • May 2nd:  All Priority Applications Close
  • May 16th:  All Late Applications Begin
  • May 30th:  Summer 2025 Late Applications Close
  • June 13th:  All Late Applications Close 
  • June 16th: Building & Room Change Request Open
  • June 30th: Building & Room Change Request Close

 

Fall 2025 Important Dates

  • Aug 15: New Students Housing Check-in
  • Aug 17: Returning Students Housing Check-in
  • Aug 20: Last Day for Residential Students to Claim Space
  • Aug 26: Late Registration (add/drop) Ends
  • Sep 1: University Closed - Labor Day
  • Sep 09: Student Refunds Issued
  • Sep 18: Convocation/Founder's Day
  • Oct 10: Spring 2026 Housing Waiting List Applications Begin
  • Oct 11: Homecoming
  • Oct 13-17: Midterms
  • Oct 24: Fall Break
  • Nov 11: University Closed - Veteran's Day
  • Nov 27-28: University Closed - Thanksgiving Holiday
  • Nov 28: Housing Waiting List Applications Close
  • Dec 6: Final Exams Begin
