  • July 1: Room Change Request Responses Begin
  • July 1: New Student Fall 2026 Registration Deadline
  • July 15: Fall 2026 Housing Cancellation Deadline ($500 fee after)

First time students should be registered for Fall 2026 Classes immediately following their New Student Orientation but no later than July 1st.

Important Summer Housing Check-In Information

Students assigned to Summer Housing are encouraged to review their housing assignment and arrival information in the Housing Portal prior to arriving on campus. Please plan to arrive during the designated check-in window of 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. on May 29, 2026.

Due to ongoing campus improvement projects, parking availability near residential buildings may be limited. Students with questions regarding check-in should contact their Summer Community Staff for assistance.
