New employee orientation provides new employees with valuable information related to university policies, benefits, leave administration and more.

Congratulations! As a new employee of Fayetteville State University, you are required to attend New Employee Orientation (NEO) and New Hire Benefits Orientation (NHBO). Employees are encourage to ask any questions about the university, services, and benefits.

About NEO: FSU’s New Employee Orientation ( NEO) acquaints employees with general campus policies related to their employment, university services, policies, parking, and campus safety. This orientation is intended for permanent employees new to the University. New hires will receive a personal invitation to join NEO virtually.

About NHBO: NHBO is facilitated by the Benefits Services center. NHBO will cover benefits information, resources, and enrollment details.Sessions are held virtually every Wednesday from 10:0am - 11:30am. Employees are encouraged to attend NHBO session within 30 days of hire date to learn more about the varous benefits made available to you an an employee of the University of North Carolina System and Fayetteville State University.
