Reynolds Army Health Clinic Ft. Sill, OK 6/2015 – 5/2017

  • Tasked with leading a team of over 1,000 personnel in providing care to over 30,000 beneficiaries for a community hospital and two outlying health clinics specializing in a full spectrum of outpatient services
  • Oversaw the high-level operational efforts in transitioning the hospital from an inpatient facility to outpatient clinic by strategically placing staff in needed areas throughout the organization resulting in a zero-job loss among clinicians
  • Provided both remote and real time training to ensure employees were developing into optimal service professionals to enhance business practices and foster career success
  • Developed and facilitated initial trainings and recurring trainings for all medical and professional staff, support staff, volunteers, contractors and other appropriate third parties to inform of regulations and to establish an open line of communication on expectations in servicing the needs of patients
  • Compiled monthly compliance reports on all staff to ensure training was accessible and current and to ensure proper oversight of the employee database for security purposes

Keller Army Community Hospital West Point, NY 9/2012 – 6/2015

  • Managed all administrative functions for a 20-bed hospital and the support of 30,000 beneficiaries, a medical support element, and 4 occupational health clinics providing both inpatient and outpatient services
  • Operated as interim Chief Operating Officer when the role became vacant responsible for full operational oversight of daily functions in managing staff for a community hospital
  • Supervised a team of 250 people in providing oversight of all Human Resources, Resource Management, Logistics, Training and Mobilization, Information Management, Patient Administration, and Public Affairs
  • Functioned as primary contact as well as supervised cross-functional project teams to troubleshoot, develop, implement, and monitor a complex supply program valued at $8 million annually
