CliftonStrengths

This initiative leverages the CliftonStrengths assessment, a tool originally created for businesses to identify talent. In a college setting, the instrument enables students to identify their talents so they can capitalize on them to achieve academic success and personal growth. HEROES supports students through strengths-based engagement, group programming, and 1:1 coaching opportunities, helping to drive belonging, persistence, and overall student success. Our current cohort consists primarily of sophomores, and we will continue to support and track these students until graduation.
