Services covered by Facilities Management
A maintenance request is defined as anything required for day-to-day upkeep of buildings or properties. Routine non-billable services include but are not limited to:

  • Plumbing issues
  • Electrical issues
  • Mechanical issues
  • Carpentry issues related to necessary repairs.
  • Preventative maintenance
  • Housekeeping services for common areas and scheduled cleaning tasks.

 

Billable Services
A billable service request is defined as anything outside the scope of repair or necessity of buildings or properties. A FOAP (Funding source) must be provided when requesting reimbursable services. (All services for auxiliary funded buildings are billable)

  • Any modifications or renovation improvements
  • Painting outside normal maintenance cycle
  • New carpeting/flooring
  • Moving/installing/assembling furniture
  • Key/Lock change request
  • Event Support (Labor)
