Course Material

We are pleased to inform you that starting Fall 2024, all your required course materials will be provided to you as part of the Follett Digital Equitable Access Program! This means that you do not need to purchase any required course materials, as they will be prepared for you upon course registration and will be accessible in Canvas by the first day of class.

Program Details:

  • All students are automatically enrolled in the program for ease.
  • Students can save up to 60% on their course materials through the program.
  • Convenient, easy access to digital course materials available in Canvas.
  • Ensures students are prepared on day one, with no long lines or heavy books.
  • Flexibility to not participate and opt-out of the program each term.
  • Transparent pricing of $31 per credit hour, with a 12-hour cap (max $372 per term).

Digital Required Course Materials:

Through the program, you will be receiving digital materials automatically available in your Canvas account once the course officially begins.  If you drop the course from your schedule by the last day of the DROP/ADD period for this term, your account will be fully refunded.  Please check the Academic Calendar for DROP/ADD period.

Opt-Out of the Follett Digital Equitable Access Program:

While all students are automatically enrolled in the program, students not interested in participating can choose to opt-out each term.  Students should check their school email for instructions and information about the program and how to opt out.  You have until 9/1/2024 to opt-out of the program.

Regalia

Commencement is held in May and December.  Bachelor's and Master's Caps & Gowns are provided by Jostens and are available for purchase beginning in mid-March.

Doctoral Student and Faculty fine quality regalia fittings are available by appointment with the Jostens' representatives and take approximately 6 weeks from order to arrive.
