Quality Matters (QM) is a nationally recognized quality-assurance framework for online and hybrid course design. Fayetteville State University uses Quality Matters to support the development and continuous improvement of high-quality online and hybrid learning experiences. The Office of Faculty Development & Online Education supports faculty preparation, professional development, course quality, and online teaching certification aligned with Quality Matters standards and practices.
