FSU Among Select Institutions Offering Two Accredited Programs by PMI Global Accreditation Center for Project Management Education Programs

We've earned accreditation with PMI Global Accreditation Center for Project Management Seal

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. - To demonstrate that Fayetteville State University is preparing students for the rapidly growing and highly demanded field of project management, the following degree programs at Fayetteville State University have been accredited by Project Management Institute Global Accreditation Center for Project Management Education Programs (GAC).

  • MBA with Project Management Specialization
  • Graduate Certificate in Project Management

Degree programs that achieve GAC accreditation must demonstrate and meet the GAC’s rigorous global standards of accreditation, which include an assessment of each program’s objectives and outcomes, faculty and student evaluations, onsite and online resources, annual self-evaluation, and proof of continuous improvements in the area of project management education. Over 135 project management degree programs in twenty-two countries around the world are accredited by GAC. GAC accreditation ensures the quality of academic degree programs and their graduates in order to meet the standards of the rapidly growing field of project management.

The MBA with Project Management Specialization and Graduate Certificate program in Project Management at Fayetteville State University emphasize the strategic role that project management plays in the global environment. The program provides a core framework and tools to take on leadership roles in today's workplace. The curriculum is aligned with Project Management Professional (PMP)®, the most important industrywide recognized certification for project managers.
