The Training & Professional Development Team at Fayetteville State University Office of Human Resources promotes leadership excellence through various programs geared specifically to new and current supervisors and managers. HR related trainings on Performance Management, Classification & Compensation, Salary Administration, Talent Acquisition, Worker's Compensation, and Title IX are offered. 

HR Training & Professional Development also offers FSU Leadership 101 courses for supervisors focusing on communication and coaching strategies, engaging & retaining talent, and driving change for a thriving work environment.
