Good morning Mr. Williams,

Before officially taking office, Chancellor Allison hit the ground running at FSU. The Staff Senate had its first Q&A session on March 4, 2021, with the Chancellor. The senate members were able to ask questions and share their ideas as to what would make Fayetteville State University better.

The FSU Staff had our first Town Hall Meeting on March 18, 2021, with Chancellor Allison and everyone was allowed to engage with questions and the responses from the Chancellor were extremely positive.

On Saturday, May 8, 2021, was Chancellor's Allison's first Commencement and it was a big hit with present and past graduates. Some are saying that being outside in the fresh air was awesome and it took BRONCO Pride to another level. They would love to see more events like this in the future.

Chancellor Allison has shown how much he appreciates the students, faculty, and staff during his first 60 days. He made time during his busy schedule to attend Staff Employee Appreciation Week events on last week. During the Staff Appreciation Luncheon, he took the time to greet everyone individually and made them feel welcomed and appreciated.

Chancellor Allison's first 60 days have been extremely positive and offered many opportunities for him to personally engage with students, faculty, and staff.
