The Office of Sponsored Research and Programs (OSRP) has transitioned to a new electronic research administration system called Cayuse. Cayuse has replaced RAMSeS (proposal submissions).

First Steps to Start a New Proposal for Cayuse:

• Select “Start New Proposal”
• Select “This proposal is not related to any existing proposals or awards (Create New Project)

First Steps to Start a New IRB submission

• Select “New Study”
