Strategic Plan Refresh 2022-2027

FSU Needs Your Input!

Fayetteville State University is in the process of refreshing our strategic plan for 2022-2027 to identify emerging priorities, goals, and metrics that align with the current initiatives of the institution and create opportunities to advance scholarship, provide life-changing educational experiences, and inspire transformative growth and innovation, while being of service to local, state, national, and global communities.

This planning process will develop an aggressive roadmap for this university for the next five years. Therefore, it is imperative that the FSU community and key stakeholders of the university share their thoughts and ideas about the future of Fayetteville State University during this planning process. Please review the components of the 2022-2027 plan, complete a survey and plan to attend a focus group session in November to share your input. See focus group options below. We encourage you to attend in person, but there is an online option for each session.
