Fayetteville State University is excited to be selected as an official education partner for Amazon’s Career Choice program, offering Amazon’s hourly employees the opportunity to pursue bachelor’s degrees and certificate programs to enhance their career success. Through this collaboration, employees can access flexible educational options to build skills for high-demand careers.

  • Undergraduate Programs: A wide range of bachelor’s degree programs that prepare students for careers in diverse fields.
  • Certificate Programs: Tailored for Amazon employees who already hold a bachelor’s degree and want to acquire new skills through our eligible certificate programs.

Application Criteria

  • First-Time Freshman: Must meet the general admission requirements for Fayetteville State University, including a minimum GPA of 2.5 and submission of high school transcripts or equivalent credentials as well as an ACT or SAT score report if the applicant’s GPA is between 2.5 and below 2.8 on a 4.0 scale.
  • Transfer Students: Must have a minimum GPA of 2.0 from previous college coursework and submit official transcripts from all previously attended institutions.

All applicants must submit their application and necessary materials 10 business days before the start of the semester, as specified in the academic calendar.
