Adverse Weather
According to the latest weather information, the Fayetteville area is expected to see continued freezing rain, along with extreme temperatures, over the next few days. In anticipation of the inclement weather, the University will operate under Condition 2 (Suspended Operations) beginning Monday, January 26, 2026. All classes and student activities on campus are cancelled on Monday, January 26. The Early Childhood Learning Center and Chesnutt Library will be closed and the Shuttle service will not be in operation. The University will continue to monitor the weather reports and will provide updates.
