Sigma Theta Tau Founders Day, Week of October 5th
In 1922, six student nurses founded Sigma at what is now the Indiana University School of Nursing in Indianapolis, Indiana, USA. Every year on 5 October, STTI celebrates Founders Day-a time to reflect on our beginnings and our name Sigma Theta Tau, meaning love, courage, and honor.
In recognition of Sigma Founders' Day, please consider participating in 100 minutes of service in your community during the week of October 5th. Omega Psi would love to highlight our members, so please share photos and brief explanation. You may post directly onto our Facebook Group page, Omega Psi Stti FSU, or email them to Dr. Sharon Gallagher.
