Bronco Contact Center
The Bronco Contact Center is designed to offer students a seamless transition throughout the enrollment process … all in one central location via phone, email, and chat. Moreover, the primary goal is to provide stellar customer service while answering questions, resolving concerns, or just providing information in the areas of admission, financial aid, registration, and billing at Fayetteville State University.
To adequately meet the needs of all of our students, the Bronco Contact Center has standard business hours (8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) Monday - Friday. Team members are able to assist students in a variety of mediums … via phone, email, and chat.
