Compliance
Welcome to Compliance
Compliance at Fayetteville State University represents a fundamental element of the institution's success. We are committed to cultivating a professional learning community where all faculty, staff, and students feel secure, valued, and respected. Compliance is an integral part of our daily activities and informs every decision we undertake. Our department can assist by addressing inquiries, providing training, and offering guidance on various compliance-related issues.
The Office of Risk and Compliance periodically issues compliance alerts to keep the campus community informed about compliance-related issues. These alerts provide important information and guidance to ensure adherence to various policies, regulations, and laws.
It is essential that you review the Compliance Alerts and adjust your actions accordingly. If you have any questions regarding the information in the Compliance Alerts, please contact the Division for assistance.

The Office of Risk and Compliance wants to highlight the critical importance of safety within our community. The university offers various resources to support, guide, and assist our community. One of the key departments on campus is the Police and Public Safety Department, which maintains a secure environment at FSU, operating around the clock—24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year. Their ongoing commitment involves not only responding to incidents but also proactively engaging with the campus community to promote safety awareness and preparedness.
